Поколението Z / Gen Z - Под натиска на AI

За по-малко от година поколението Z се изправи пред ново предизвикателство - AI, който промени десетки индустрии и накара младежите да се питат дали не са им нужни нови професионални умения, за да не бъдат заместени от AI или от хора, които използват AI.

Title: Under the pressure of AI - WOW effect for new professional skills

Less than a year, Gen. Z, also known as digital native, has faced a new challenge - AI, it changed dozens of industries and made them wonder if they needed new professional skills so that they could be adequate to the new requirements that the economy, of which they are to become part or are already at the beginning of their professional and career growth.

Such a serious, comprehensive and rapidly changing factor requirements has hardly existed in our history, according to the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies BASCOM.  

The use of AI is already a fact in many businesses and it seems that it will go deep and change many industries, where people de facto lag behind as professional skills. The question will be whether their skills will be replaced by AI or by people who use AI is among those that young people ask themselves when they think about what new skills to develop.
