Претенциозни или амбициозни? Кариеристи, опортюнисти? Мечтатели или иноватори? Или по-скоро реализатори на вечния човешки копнеж – професия, която обичаш и шанс да израстеш, но не само в работната йерархия, а и в житейската анархия?

Може би това ще постигнат един ден бъдещите ни колеги на работното място от Поколението Z, някои от които все още учат, други се борят с пазара на труда. И с възможностите за работа, които към днешна дата са много, казват някои от тях. Съгласни по въпроса са и представители на предишното Поколение Y, чиито гледни точки по темата ще може да чуете в този епизод на подкаста.

Pretentious or ambitious? Careerists, opportunists? Dreamers or innovators? Or maybe those are the people that will make a dream come true – to have a profession you adore and a chance to grow, but not only in the work hierarchy, but also in this crazy, chaotic world that we live in?

Maybe one day our future colleagues from the Gen Z will achieve that! But now some of them are focused on their education, some of them are struggling with the labor market. Dealing with the job opportunities. And they are many, as they say and as also say the representatives of the previous generation.

In this episode of the podcast you can find the opinion of four ladies from Bulgaria, born before and after 1996 - the year that separates the people to Generation Y and to Generation Z.

You will hear what they think about the job opportunities in general and as people who are searching for a job. Or as one who already have found a field for professional realization. Or as one that actually can offer a job as representatives of companies that recruit unemployed people for different positions. For new ones or well-known old? Or unknown, but interesting - bringing material goods or joy from what you have achieved? Or both?

And how Bulgarians are trying to help to refugees from Ukraine. And also how did they get along with labor market before the war as foreigners? You will also hear young people from Poland and Slovenia and whether their professional ambitions are the same as those of the young people from Sofia?
