Поколението Z

През 2023 г. се навършват 35 години от създаването на програмата за образователен обмен „Еразъм“. За учениците и студентите това е възможност да сравнят своите знания и възможности с нивото в новата образователна среда, да научат нов език и да се срещнат с различна култура и начин на общуване. Това е и школа за самостоятелен живот, далеч от близките и родното място.

Ангажиране на младите в политиката и активно участие в нея са сред най-обсъжданите въпроси в страните от ЕС.
Актуалността на дебата се засилва и с наближаването на вота за представители в Европейския парламент през юни догодина.Гласуването не просто е акт на упражняване на едно от основните демократични права, но носи със себе си и отговорност.Именно заради това в по-голямата част от държавите в Европейския съюз минималната възраст за упражняването на вот е 18 г., т.е. навършването на пълнолетие. Този подход почива върху аргумента, че взимането на автономни, отговорни решения, които засягат не само собствения, но и живота на цялото общество, изисква налична достатъчна зрялост.
Въпросният подход бе поставен под въпрос от някои страни в Европейския съюз.
Имаме примери за сваляне на прага на възрастта за гласуване в Австрия, Гърция, Белгия, Малта.
Довежда ли до повече демокрация намаляването на възрастта за гласуване?Действа ли тази стъпка мобилизиращо и ангажиращо на младите хора и въвлича ли ги повече в демократичните процеси?

Russia's ongoing war in Ukraine is still among the topics of conversation among young people. Amidst the initial fear and uncertainty, however, they increasingly perceive it as something that is unlikely to affect them directly. How do young people talk about and experience their romantic and intimate relationships? In this episode of the Generation Z series, we ask how the young are different from previous generations. Title: Under the pressure of AI - WOW effect for new professional skills

Less than a year, Gen. Z, also known as digital native, has faced a new challenge - AI, it changed dozens of industries and made them wonder if they needed new professional skills so that they could be adequate to the new requirements that the economy, of which they are to become part or are already at the beginning of their professional and career growth.
Such a serious, comprehensive and rapidly changing factor requirements has hardly existed in our history, according to the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies BASCOM.  
The use of AI is already a fact in many businesses and it seems that it will go deep and change many industries, where people de facto lag behind as professional skills. The question will be whether their skills will be replaced by AI or by people who use AI is among those that young people ask themselves when they think about what new skills to develop.

Title: LGBTQ - human rights and homophobia

Summary:
 
An average of 70 reports of homophobia per year are filed on the "We Are Tolerant" platform. However, the reports are mainly anonymous. In cases where they are not anonymous, foundations that work with the LGBTQ community provide legal support and the possibility of reporting to the police.
 
In Bulgaria, people from the LGBTQ community are subjected to systematic hatred. It is also fueled by political entities. Most often, hate speech is heard in schools and in families, the data show. It turns out that Bulgarians are not such a tolerant people. Or rather, our tolerance depends on our inner needs.
 
And while in big cities the "different people" are accepted better, the situation in small settlements is a little different, although the cases cannot be put under a common directions.
